Home visits

  • These are for very ill or housebound patients only.
  • The Clinician can see at least six patients in the surgery in the time taken to do one home visit!
  • It is better for you to come to the Surgery as many conditions require equipment or monitoring which can only be provided at the surgery.
  • Request for visits should be made before 10.00am. Please let the receptionist have full details so that the best arrangement can be made. And booked in with our Home Visit service.
  • The clinician may telephone to assess the problem and will decide whether you need a visit. It is at the clinician’s discretion whether a home visit is deemed necessary.
